Edwardian styled conservatories are fully double glazed with a BBA certified 25mm thickness quadruple walled polycarbonate Uzone roofing system. The roof is available with clear, opal or bronze tinted polycarbonate, or optionally specialist polycarbonate, or glass. Available either glass to ground or with a 600mm dwarf wall. All these features are standard in our range;

Two opening toplights with shoot-bolt locking and a night vent facility allowing the windows to be locked partially open to allow ventilation.

A set of French doors with a six point locking Era high security lock, positioned to suit your requirements.

A roof fan with lights and a twin electrical socket (provided there is a suitable supply fairly close by).

The windows and doors are manufactured using white Duraflex 65mm Diamond Suite fully featured profiles, reinforced with hot dipped galvanised steel profiles, and glazed using 28mm toughened glass with internal beading for added security.

Matching interior cills, guttering and down-pipe.

Our standard base and dwarf walls consisting of concrete footings of 450mm width, with three courses of brick to lift the conservatory to 150mm above the lowest point of ground level, hardcore sub-base, damp proof membrane,     100mm floated concrete floor with wall ties. Dwarf walls will (subject to availability) be constructed of bricks to match the main house, or alternatively can be supplied in other materials or finishes.
